The hotel offers exceptional customer service, with friendly staff who are always willing to assist in planning activities in the area.
The noise level in the corridors can be disruptive, especially during the night, making it hard to get a good night's rest.

The spacious balconies provided a great space to unwind after exploring the city, perfect for catching a breeze or enjoying a morning coffee. The modern room design with clean lines made for a pleasant hotel experience, while high hygiene standards ensured I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
Room sizes can feel cramped, especially with luggage taking up valuable space. Sound insulation needs improvement, as I could hear noise from the street and adjacent rooms, which made it challenging to fully relax at times. The air conditioning was inconsistent—sometimes too weak, sometimes blasting cold air—making it tricky to find the right temperature. the limited variety of breakfast pastries left something to be desired, and the parking situation isn’t ideal, as nearby options were hard to come by. Lastly, expect some traffic noise at night. it might disrupt lighter sleepers.

Spacious terrace off the Junior Suite provides ample outdoor space, great for lounging or enjoying a view. The balcony size was three times larger than the room itself, a nice touch for families needing space.
The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. found dead bugs on the walls. Limited privacy levels were a nuisance, and the bed mattress was quite harsh—definitely not the most comfortable setup I've experienced during my travels.

Great location just 2 blocks from main square, we found a mini market across , which was super convenient. The staff went out of their way to help us with maps to local beaches , very friendly.
Prices have increased quite a bit but it was okay.

The breakfast was really tasty, especially the fresh local orange juice, and I loved how clean my room was. There’s a great leisure area to unwind in. I enjoyed a relaxing full body massage, which was just what I needed. The only slight hiccup was the noise in the corridors, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊
